I recently enjoyed a delightful four-night stay at Sella Park, and I must say it perfectly catered to our culinary desires. The Priory Restaurant became our favorite spot, offering a stylish menu that highlights fresh local seasonal produce. The highlight for me was the Fairtrade Organic Earl Grey Blue Flower tea-its fragrant aroma truly felt like a civilised afternoon ritual. For breakfast, we were treated to a culinary experience curated by Chef David. He introduced us to an impressive selection, including a traditional Irish breakfast that struck the right balance between hearty and refined. I couldn't resist sampling both the meat and vegetarian options; they were both well-executed and memorable. What truly enhanced our dining experience was the warm atmosphere and attentive service. Our breakfast server went the extra mile, preparing a packed breakfast for my partner who missed the morning meal. The combination of good food and heartfelt hospitality truly encapsulates the essence of the Lake District.
